Key Personnel

ICR President, Bob Simon, has over 20 years in the composite industry with emphasis on material engineering and machine design. Bob has also worked with part and tool manufacturing for aircraft interiors, automotive and sporting goods as well as press manufacturing of honeycomb and foam core sandwich panels. Bob also has several years experience at technical report writing as well as an emphasis on part quality control. His experience includes working extensively with continuous lamination processes and filament winding of composite structural shapes.

ICR Composite Technician Carl Whisenant has over 15years experience in the composite industry which includes working for the leading manufacture of composite structural booms. Carl’s many years of lay-up experience and problem solving capabilities are invaluable in the arena of complex structural shapes.
