International Composites Research, Ltd., (ICR), is a privately held limited partnership formed under the laws of Texas, January 2001. International Composites Research, Ltd., (ICR), is an engineering based research and development company with the goal of providing innovative composite solutions for customers worldwide. The history of ICR has its roots in the fiberglass filament winding industry. The president of our company worked for many years as an engineer for Waco Boom Company, Ltd., (WBC), perfecting manufacturing, testing and production processes, assisting WBC in achieving the respected reputation it has and becoming the largest supplier of insulated fiberglass booms in the industry today.
